Returns

Returning an item is easy. If an item is unsuitable, or does not fit, simply follow the instructions below:

Exchanges / Refunds 

If when you receive your product(s), you are not completely satisfied you may return the items to us, within 28 days for an exchange or refund. Returns will take approximately 2-3 working days to process once the goods have arrived back with us. Items must be in original packaging, in all original boxes, packaging materials, manuals, blank warranty cards and all accessories and documents provided by the manufacturer.We strongly recommend that you fully insure your package that you are returning. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you with a proof of delivery. We cannot be held responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.

Incorrect/Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged, faulty, or is an incorrect item, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange to send a replacement item out on an express service, and arrange a convenient method of sending the incorrect / faulty item back to us. In these circumstances, we will meet all postage costs.

 

Returns For Registered Customers

Please log into your account and view your order history, select your order from the list, and select the item you would like to return to us. We will then supply you with a printable returns slip, an RMA (return merchandise authorisation number), and full instructions on how to return your order to us. You must pay the cost of returning your order to us, but in the case of an exchange, we will meet the cost of sending the replacement item.

Returns For Guest Customers

If you made your purchase through our guest checkout, please return your item in the following way:

Please include a slip of paper in the package including the following information:

  • Your Name
  • Your Delivery Address
  • Order / Invoice Number
  • Reason for returning the item,
  • Whether you require an exchange or a refund.

Return the item to us, including all packaging, to the address below. Items not returned to us in the condition they were sent out in may not be accepted.

Upon receipt of your return, we will replace/refund your purchase according to your wishes. Please note that refunds can take up to 3 working days to appear in your account from the date of the refund.
